Health Systems Management Network, Inc. (HSMN) is a national healthcare management-consulting firm. Headquarters are located in Columbia County in New York State with additional offices in Michigan and Florida. The firm’s principals and consultant staff each has a minimum of 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and are seasoned professionals in their fields.

Over the last 15 years, HSMN has worked with clients of all sizes on revenue reviews of both inpatient and outpatient services as well as physician practices and clinics. Our senior consultants have extensive experience and understand the collateral issues related to both inpatient and outpatient care processes such as: admitting, scheduling and registration processes; charge master management; coding proficiency; documentation management (paper and electronic); information system infrastructure; workflow redesign; accounts receivable; billing; and physician, management and staff education.
