health systems management network

The mission of Health Systems Management Network is to provide acute-care hospitals and other healthcare delivery systems with efficient and practical systems to optimize revenue and operations while maintaining the highest quality of care.

Successful Outcomes

Health Systems Management Network is a consulting group offering outcome-oriented services to hospitals and other healthcare delivery systems competing in the managed care environment. We have specialized in the overhaul of management processes and systems for documentation and clinical data to support our clients' visions for change, competitiveness and clinical excellence. Documentation is the lifeblood of every healthcare delivery system. It flows through every facet of your organization, from admitting to final billing. It is the foundation for clinical quality and the development of best demonstrated practices. It is the means for administrative review and control. And perhaps most important in today's climate of cost containment, documentation is the basis for equitable reimbursement and revenue enhancement.
Health Systems Management Network has pioneered methodologies that assess quality of clinical data, organizational effectiveness, case mix, policies, procedures, electronic support, and staff and skill levels to yield a comprehensive documentation and clinical data management plan. This plan is focused to yield benefits in clinical quality, resource management and strategic competitiveness. These methods have been tested and refined over years of application in the demanding environment of some of the world's busiest hospitals and with the full support and cooperation of their distinguished medical staffs.
