      • Identify growth areas.
    • Review requirements of Stark I and II as they apply to the practice situation.
    • Review compliance with OIG’s recommended Small Practice Compliance Plan issues in 2000-2001.
    • Identify opportunities for improvements.
    • Develop material and train staff as necessary.
    • Facilitate discussion among practice leadership about the future.
    • Develop transition plans as necessary.
    • Provide Interim management as required to implement recommended management plans.
  • In large practices such as Anesthesia:
    • Review partnership strategies and financial burdens of existing agreements.
    • Identify practice leadership issues.
    • Identify financial difficulties, declining revenues, increased costs, current environment.
    • Restructuring partnerships.
